This is a video-talk by Luis Jalandoni, former political prisoner and chief of the Negotiating Panel of the National Democratic Front of the Philippines in its peace negotiations with the government of the Republic of the Philippines (GPH). Produced by Liberation International, the talk covers a wide array of issues, from the roots of the armed conflict to the current issues confronting the halted talks between the two parties. A section of the video is addressed to the youth in Europe.
