People from all over Eastern Visayas sought a dialogue with the Leyte Gov. Leopoldo Petilla and Energy Sec. Jericho Petilla to ask about energy rehabilitation in the region. They were rebuffed by the governor, who said to them to return on March. The people replied that they have been waiting for help from the government for 100 days already. No word from Sec. Petilla. Both Petillas are staunch allies of President Aquino.
